bringing stratosphere mica back to life

i have a stratoshphere mica blue 2003 camry, and even though ive always washed the car by hand and waxed monthly, the car's paint is definitly looking pretty poor....i see rampant swirlmarks, and the blue paint seems to have a dull dusty effect to it in many areas...
does anyone have any useful suggestions on methods or products to help bring my car back to a nice shine?
any help is appreciated! help me save my beloved camry!

It probably needs a serious polish job to get rid of those swirls. Check the Detailing How-To sticky thread.

pre-wax formula and polish should help do the trick. Then apply a sealant/glaze and then top it with wax =)
