Detailing Black Plastic Parts (Grill, Running Boards, Side Rails, Bed, Bumper)

I used Mother's Back to Black on all my black plastic parts on the truck and was wondering what else everyone uses. I put it on tonight right before the sun went down, so I don't know if it made any difference. TIA!

^Well worth the investment.

When you have faded black plastic on your car, it makes your car look cheap and old.

GOOD STUFF!

I just bought the same stuff, but haven't used it yet. Hope it works . I was looking to order some 303 to try on our toyhauler tires.

Back-to-Black will help keep new trim looking good, but it's sometimes overkill to use too often.

If your trim is faded, it's about the best over the counter product out there. On contact surfaces especially, be sure to buff with a dry towel to a natural sheen -- if you're stepping on these surfaces, let it penetrate for some time and then wipe with a water-dampened towel followed by a dry towel to ensure it won't be slippery. Cotton terry sometimes works best. You don't want to leave a lot of product on there or it may run if it rains, and will require some touch-up.

Canada

Forever Black all the way. Water-based product with Black dye. They have product for tires that makes them black without the tacky shine, and a bumper cleaner and restorer combo that makes the trim a nice deep black....and it lasts!!!

Been using it on my vehicle for 2 yrs now and extremely impressed. Do my summer tires 2-3 times per year...that's it. I apply bumper dressing once per year, with occasional touch up where I might get scuffs.

Only caution...if you get it on paint or rims, wipe right away or it will stay.
