Angry What IS this on my new paint? GET IT OFF!

First off, let me say I spent a lot of time on the Roadfly detailing forum a few years back, so I know my stuff about detailing, you can skip the "talking to a beginner" stuff.

2009 Corolla S, bought it brand new, a month old, flawless, first in it with 9 miles on it. I waxed it with NXT 2.0 a few days after I got it, and have cleaned the bugs off the front bumper pretty much daily with quik detailer since I drove it home, recently switching to ultimate quik detailer, to add a little bit of "wax" daily when I clean the bugs off. I have been washing it with Eagle One Nanowax, which contains pure carnuba.

Needless to say, the plan was to keep this car looking flawless forever, considering all the protection I had on.

But I see this yellow stuff today. My wife simply drove to coach a soccer game, and the car was in her field of view during the game. Like I said, I'm cleaning the bumper daily, didn't notice this yesterday. I have wash it, put fresh wax on that spot, hand buffed with pressure, and when that didn't work I pulled out one of the big guns: P21S multi finish restorer, I was scared at first, since it'd new paint that that stuff is pretty abrasive if not properly used. IT DIDN'T WORK!!! The only step higher I can think of is oven-cleaner, which is usually only used on a car to remove spray paint(I used to have an e30 BMW, turns out BMW owners on the east have that problem frequently!):

here is a pic, I'm afraid it "pulled a Zaino" and seeped right through the clear coat....any ideas? Besides oven cleaner.....

Can you get a little larger photo for a close-up view?

Don't use oven cleaner.

Is it a stain or is it on the surface?

If it's on the surface, try a clay; if it's a stain, try a traditional wax with polishes such as Carnauba Cleaner Wax, or try a scratch remover. Work either product lightly for 20-30 seconds and inspect your progress. Certainly don't overdo the polishing so you compromise the surrounding area, but a little polishing should do the job -- my guess is that the products you're using lack traditional polishes.

To be honest, it looks like bee poop. That stuff can stain something nasty. Got lots of bees in your area?

I had that exact type of yellow shit on my truck and it didn't come off with the buffer. It did come off with some intense clay bar action though.

When a friend got some of the window paint, it dripped down to my paint it looked like that too. I just used some clay and time.

I'll try clay, but I'm assuming you guys have never used P21S Multi Finish Restorer? It's pretty mean stuff, a lot more abrasive than any clay I've used, even Clay Magic

That picture IS a close up, probably 3/4 of actual size

Closer-up and in-focus of the stain/spot would be helpful... or provide a larger zoom-in when you crop and post the photo.

I looks like a yellow stain, possibly from a bee or insect. If it's excrement of any sort, it can etch the surface as well as stain it.

Clay will safely shear off any above-surface contaminants without abrasives. Use an abrasive polish only if you have to.

Going with the least-aggressive method first is usually best.

Try clay, and maybe use a little elbow grease, but feel it with your hand. If that doesn't work, try a polish.

It's not an exact science... try something, and if that doesn't work, try something else.

Try a non-abrasive chemical paint cleaner like Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner or ColorX. The latter has stronger cleaning properties

Would any of these chemicals/products you guys are suggesting here work for really, really bad set-in hard water spot stains?

The car has been clay barred already and they just couldn't get off this last portion of the stains...

when i worked at a local Toyota dealership i came across these issues before. I was told it's an imperfection in the paint from the factory. Talk to a customer service rep. and see if the can take it out for you

I still say the yellow stuff is bee poop. I just take a small dab of car wax on the tip of my finger, apply enough to completely cover the stain, let it sit for about five minutes or so, then wax as per usual. Comes off every time.

I'd be real wary of using Goo Gone to any large area of paint, and would only use it as a last resort for very small stains. IMO.
