interior detailing?

hey everyone....i work at jiffy lube and tend to still have a lil trace amounts of grease on my arms after i wash up after work, and over time its making my interior look gross. now i take my time washing up and make sure i get everything, but i cant seem to find a cleaner that will take it off. i also have lots of dust build up in little cracks and crevices that i cant seem to get out any other way.

can anyone give me a reccomendation for good interior detailing tools as well as some sort of cleaner i can use to clean the interior plastic?

thanks.

well you could use tuff stuff, which is a very good carpet cleaner but could also be used to clean the plastics and vinyls inside your car, just dont use on leather. Windex also makes now a glass and interior cleaner which is also extremely good at cleaning the plastics inside of your car.

Cant help you with the grease issue. But I do have a suggestion at the cracks and crevices Q-Tips they work wonders . They get in between the cracks and crevices. Also for the vents I do the q tips too. But you could try those air sprays like for removing gunk from your keyboard.

Simple green worked great for me, when I got a small bit of grease on my rear seat.

I just lightly misted it. (I didn't use it straight) Then it came off immediately with a just a rag.

I would assume if it gets all ground in, it would be a lot harder to remove.
