Dirty Rims

Hey Everyone,

I have these Privat Reserv Rims and they have these weird marks on them that I cant get rid of. On the gunmetal spokes, I have these white, chalk-like spots everywhere that I cant wash out with regular soap and water. On the polished lip, I have these strange, almost rot-like blemishes near where the spoke attaches to the lip.

These pictures were taken when the car was dirty, so there is regular daily dirt on the rims as well, I will try to repost pictures after I wash my car.














Also, I have asked around and some people have suggested some products that I should try to use. Does anyone know which of these two is better:
