I need a good medium cut polish i can get locally. Im working on a car that has some tree oxidation stains on the CC. I picked up the turtle wax polish in the white container but im not sure how well its gonna work for $3.50. any recommendations?

Have you tried to clay bar the paint yet?

Check out Meguiars professional line of polishes, they'll have an appropriate one for your application.

3M Perfect it line of compounds is also a good reputable brand to look into.

Be sure to follow up with a swirl remover to remove the scratches caused by the compound.

But I agree with humanoid, try clay barring first to see if it will remove all the stains.
