One use it has they didn't include is it will take labels off of items, especially metal or glass, that remain stuck after you try to peel the damn things off.

This is a crazy coincidence.

Today I cracked off my fuel door latch, and my uncle was spraying WD-40 in the hinge. He accidentally got some on the paint around also, which we just let drip down for a little while.

Now I've been trying to get a coat of dirt off my car for some time. Pressure washing it didn't do it, special car soap didn't do it.

He took the paper towel and wiped off the WD-40, without even using any pressure. The dirt layer came off revealing a beautiful glossy coat of black paint underneath. I was astonished.

WD-40, which I thought was this super strong chemical to fight off rust and other terrible things, completely removed a 6 year old layer of dirt from my car without harming my paint underneath.

Its not made from fish oil but rather naphtha so I really doubt the fishing lure bit.

Only if you don't want to use a lure and scoop up the fish floating on the surface....
