recommendations on car covers and CF hood maintenence

Sup guys, figured id put both questions in one post.

first, i was looking to get a car cover for my camry but didnt really know what i should look for in features. its being stored outside and i just want a cover to act as a shild against snow, bright sun and other hazards that may effect my 16yo paint and body when im not driving it for a little while. the cover needs to be somthing that i can remove fairly easy and i guess water resistant if possible. the cover wont be used much because its my daily but for when i go on trips or sit around a whole weekend id just like to keep it covered(she used to have a covered parkign space).

my other issue is with my cheap ass CF hood. got this thing for 75 bucks new from an ebay seller not far from me. it was just damaged and normally sold for about 300. i was aware when i bought it that the clearcoat would eventually yellow in a little as a year and im ok with that, i can always respray or just paint it. however it seems to be getting pretty hazy, not yellowed and its only been on for about 4 months, it scratches eaisly which i attribute to the crappy clearcoat. what do yall suggest i should use to keep it as shiney and protected as possible?

For the hood, I'd probably strip the crap clear and put on some quality stuff. The haze is probably rapid oxidation or the failing of the clear in general. Are you keeping it waxed?

How soft is the hood? I remember working on an SC with a CF hood and it was soft as hell and oxidized too. Completely horrible to even polish

For covers look into the CoverCraft HD covers. My dad has one for his 92 Short Bed Chevy and it takes rain and sheds it like nobody's business. It has stood up strong for 3 years outside and it is always covered.
