Question Scratches and their solutions

Hello
I got some scratches at the rear of the car (behind the right tyre) because of a stupid valet parking.
I tried the good old Rexin polish, it took away a small part but the fact is that they are deep scratches.
I found the color magic wax solution from Turtle wax http://www.turtlewax.com/main.taf?p=2,1,4,5 which seem to be a good solution with the ''lipstick'' to cover up deep scratches.
Does anyone tried this kind of product?
Do you have other DIY solutions (apart painting garage)?

Do you have any pictures? You might be able to get away with touch up paint, wetsand, then polishing it with a machine to blend it in.

I bought a sort of colored wax chalk, unfortunetely not as dark as the grey of my paint but even then it managed to ''hide'' minor to medium scratches. The deep ones are still visible though less than before (you have to be close to the car)
I am pretty sure if the color of this chalk was darker it would hide 3 times more scratches, but no the colors available are white, black, simple grey, red and blue

Lol, pics would be more helpful than a description. If anything, can you catch your nail in the scratches? If so, you'll need to touch up the area and then do a couple steps in the thread Shelbrain posted
