P21S is gentle and works well, especially if you have a wheel brush, just don't use the cheap autozone cleaners, a lot of them are very acidic and ruin the finish after repeated uses.

For OTC I say Simple Green or Purple Power 5:1. For the boutique P21S or DP.

I like the Eagle1 All Wheel & Tire Cleaner or the new Mothers All Wheel & Tire Cleaner -- foaming action really cleans both the wheels and tires while you watch!

I tried Black Magic Titanium wheel cleaner this past summer and it seemed to work pretty well and is ph balanced.
