Rav4 Console Damaged by Detailer's Chemicals

Had my Rav4 detailed today by a reputable guy who has done great work before. I don't know who did the work but they did a terrible job. The worst part is some sort of chemical they sprayed in the interior has discolored the console and some other parts of the dash. Pics:

I'm guessing the plastic console piece needs to be replaced, any idea what that will cost?

I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow to complain. I wasn't home when it was delivered. Owner was very receptive and wants to "make it right." We'll see.

Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?

Last time I had this guy detail the car I told him not to use any treatments of any kind inside. Thought he'd remember. My bad. Anyway, what would cause this kind of damage to the plastic?

i have seen this befor, looks like the chemical they used was a orange cleaner spray that can only be applied to small areas at a time and whiped off fast. detailers use the strongest chemicals and if not properly done will cause alot of damage... as im sure you can see. either they let that stuff sit to long, applied in a non shaded enviorment, or was a complete dumbass and use degreaser. either one of those would get the results you see. honeslty they need to pay for everything. make sure they order dealer parts not junk yard parts for replacement.
