I have a 2007 Hy Highlander and has the original Toyota car mats.. are these machine washable ?

I wouldn't toss them in the washer. Start by vacuuming and then hose them down outside, put some dishwashing liquid on them and use a stiff brush and start scrubbing. That should get most of your stains out.

I like to use our Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner, then hose them off with a strong spray. Either hang them to dry or I also like to use a shop vac to extract the water as it also seems to help pull up some stubborn soil.

A cleaner formulated for fabrics or carpets would tend to be a little better for the fibers as most also condition and brighten them.

Rinsing well is important, as is extracting, so you don't leave soap behind which will attract more dirt.
