Decent car wash mop

Looking to see what or where you bought from that is guaranteed not to scratch the paint.
I'm looking for one with extendability. One that reaches over the car roof or something like that.
Thanks in advance.

Since nobody else seems to want to chime in, I can at least suggest some attributes to look for.

Sheepskin, also commonly known as lambswool, is a natural wool pelt and very gentle for your paint. Sheepskin wash mitts are ideal for washing cars.

The problem is that a sheepskin mop with a handle is difficult to find.

Next up would be microfiber "mop head" type of product, and those are a little easier to find.

If you keep it clean, there should not be any scratching issues with either.

Some like soft split-end brushes.

Shopping online at some specialty detailing stores should help you find one that suits your needs.

Another solution might be to use a short step stool to access the roof of the vehicle.

I use a short step-stool to reach the roof of my Venza. THe step-stool folds and the frame is tubular metal. To make sure the stool never, ever, scratches my paint, I covered the top tube with the tubular gray foam insulation sold at Home Depot for hot water pipes. Overkill? Maybe. But better that than to have a scratch or scuff in my finish!

That's a really good idea! Well thought on the protection.
I just ordered the micro fiber mop kit from Griot's. Threw in the ultimate wash bucket, and a boars hair brush too! Hey! Free shipping!
I'm excited now. Can't wait till those warm days are back to use it.
In the mean time....merry Christmas to me, merry Christmas to me...yada yada yada
