USA Water Spots that will not go away!

Hi everyone I am new to this forum and have a question that I need some help on.
I bought a 2011 Corolla in February of this year. I have washed the car three or four times and each time I washed it I would dry it off. The Pollen has been bad here where I live and I have sprayed water on the car to remove the pollen for two times and I have dried the car. On the third time I did not dry the car afterwards. The next day when driving to work I had spots on all of the window glass.
When I got home from work I washed the car and dried it like normal. The spots came off of the paint and mirrors but remained on the window glass. I have tried almost everything to remove the spots still a no go. I feel like the spots have gotten into the film on the window glass and cannot be removed. I am taking it to the dealer and see what they can do. Maybe it is a defect in the glass???
So there is my question I hope someone can help.
Eddie

Put a mix of 50/50 water/vinegar on a towel, drape on the spots for a minute, then wipe away. The vinegar will dissolve the calcium left from the water drying

I have used Windex with vinegar and a automotive brand of window cleaner. They stood up to both.

If thats the case then they probably are etched into the window. Do you have any mild paint polish you could try? That might work too

Eiher try this Glass Scrub or if that doesn't work, use a light polish and polish the windows like you would with paint.

If you haven't resolved this issue yet, try Barkeeper's Friend -- not an official suggestion, just a suggestion. You can get it in the household cleaner's aisle at most stores.
