How much does it cost? And what are the "packages"?

Not to derail your thread, but dealerships are the last place I would go for a detail. Professional detail shops are far more competent. Around here they charge 100 to 300 depending on the complexity of the jib.

Most dealers sell touch up paint for less than ten bucks.

For touchup repairs, look up Dr. Colorchip. Highly recommended stuff. For detailing, please avoid dealerships at all costs. They employ clueless idiots and pay them minimum wage to swirl and scratch your car with low quality and shitty equipment. For detailing, either DIY, or get a professional to do it right. You'll thank me later.

Quality, paint matching, and longevity. Dr. Colorchip is much better than the touchup paint from dealerships.

More than likely, yes. It might not be a 100% match, but it'll be close enough so that you won't be able to see the scratch at all.
