To make sure it was not the power steering pump they placed a dye in the fluid and no dye was found in the leaks. The regional rep did look at the high pressure line and instructed the mechanic to use some different type of clamps on the line. The service invoice does not list any part numbers it just says replaced clamps.

So I wonder if they used a diffeent style clamp or just replaced with the same part as OEM. If so then I can expect it to begin leaking again in the future. My car had 11,000 miles when the first leak showed up.

At least I can now cleanup my garage floor.
