1. Supra motor? Put down your crack pipe and stop dreaming.

2. Use the stock turbo manifold from a 3S-GTE and CT26 turbo.

3. Which V6? Theres a 2VZ-FE, 3VZ-FE, 1MZ-FE, and 3MZ-FE. Thats just for Camrys, Toyota has other V6 motors.

4. Yes, you can convert from auto to manual.

The ultimate swap for a gen 2 with 3S-FE, would be a 3S-GTE.

3S-GTE is a 2L, inline 4 cyl. (I4), turbocharged.

Shares the same block with a 3S-FE. 3rd gen S block.

3S-GTE has better internals, wider vavle angle (45 vs. 22), different cylinder head (the ports are huge compared to head from a 3S-FE), lower compression ratio, has 2 camgears vs. 1 on the 3S-FE, and its turbocharged.

Its used in the MR2 turbo, Celica all trac, and Caldina.

JDM version is rated at 225hp, 245hp, and 260hp. Depends on the generation. Not sure what the US version is rated at.

Theres a bunch of parts for 3S-GTEs. Turbo upgrades, rods, pistons, cams, camgears, etc... etc....

MR2 turbo. 1990 - 1995.

Not sure about the Celica all trac/gt4. Theres ST-165 (1st gen), ST-185 (2nd gen), and ST-205 (3rd gen). ST-205 never came to the US.

I've seen the 225hp version go for $1500. Thats for a clip (either a MR2 turbo or Celica all trac/gt4).

245hp version I've seen go for $3000. Not worth it to buy the 245hp version, I'd rather spend the extra $1500 on mods for the 225hp version.

None.

IS300 has a different motor (2JZ-GE).

You got a lot to learn. I suggest using the search function and read up on Toyota motors, before even thinking about doing a motor swap.

looking up online, it seems the 3S-GTE goes for about $700 - $1,400....thats a pretty big investment. when i get extra money id love to do that to my gen2.

and i know Gen3's and IS300's of the same year look almost identical, i just dont know ever every part is interchangable.

You need a whole lot more than a motor to put the 3s-gte in your car... Motor, ECU, wiring harness, AFM, igniter, coil, MAP sensor, exhaust manifold, turbo, etc. That's why its smart to get a clip - all those parts will be included with it.

The IS300 shares nothing with the Camry other than bolt pattern of the wheels and the same parent company. You will have a very hard time changing any parts over to a Camry.
