By out of timing you mean a tooth or such off on the timing belt? It's a non interference engine so the valves won't hit anything but if so you need to tear it apart and reinstall the timing belt. ALWAYS rotate the engine over twice before putting the covers back on. Confirm all marks line up on the cam and crank after every two rotations. It will probably run but have no power as the timing is advanced too far.
