Hey, My cam has just killed its second automatic tranmission, so i am forced to get another. However i want to convert it to manual instead of putting in another auto trans. One place quoted me 2 grand or more, but another fella in my town got it done for $1100.. What would be the best way to convert it over; just give it to the shop and tell them to do it, gets the bits first, or what?? and what parts are needed? Anyone in Australia with experience of this??
