Unhappy relay Help

Hey i have a 1991 Toyota Camry (4 door). My power windows are not working. i have recently replaces the master window switch and checked the wire harness for any short circuits. Is there any way to test a relay? (using a voltage meter or something like dat ?) or another way?

Do all the power window switches not work? The passenger windows have two sources of power. One directly from the power main relay, the other is through the driver’s console. Check to see if there is power at the Blue wire, this is the power from the main relay. Make sure the ign key is rotated to ACC.

I've also found that the drivers side door wiring harness, if the wires have broken where they flex, will cause your windows not to work at all. It is similar to using the lockout button on the main switch. I have used a door harness from a parts car to test this. I just plug it in to the main harness behind the kick panel and test with the main switch.
