Thumbs up So I was listening to the radio yesterday...

during a time they call "Call in classifieds" and this guy gets on and says he has an 88 Camry for sale for $450. Since I have been looking for a 2vzfe and auto tranny for parts I called the guy. Turns out he had it advertized before and didn't get any calls so he was just wanting to get it out of the way. So I drove out to take a look to see exactly what he had, turns out it's a blue 88 LE with the V6 and auto with only 120k on the clock.

He dumped a bunch of money into it for a tune up and was planning on hooking it up with a tow bar and pulling it with his gas guzzlin motor home, that is when he discovered it wasn't as easy as he thought to set up as a tow rig.

So to make a long story short I got me a freshly tuned Camry for less than a 1/4 of what they normally sell for around here. The car is straight with only one parking lot ding in one of the passenger side doors, and it apparently will need the starter contacts replaced. It seems kinda sad that I'm just going to end up parting the car out, but hey, which would you rather drive a Camry or a Lexus ES?

So if anybody wants dibs on any of the parts other than the drive train let me know. (I got to get my investment back somehow y'know) It's Blue, inside and out. Power windows, electronic climate control, and there is rear disc brakes on it.

hmmm...shipping might hurt me, but how about the rear calipers? How much for them? O2 sensor? Um, what else...are the valve cover bushings good? Not the gasket, but the round bushings under the head bolts? How about front p/s fender?

I've ordered some of this stuff already, but if the price is right I'll cancel!

If you want anything email me at es250nut AT gmail DOT com with what you need and what you would think would be reasonable for the part(s) you want.

Dammit, too bad it's blue interior, I could have used a couple miscellaneous panels form the inside.

And I would like the disc brakes, but shipping would be a killer, so I have to pass for now. Good luck with the part out!

Yeah, and I've got lots of grey interior pieces--basically an entire interior.

Are those power folding mirrors?

Also, do you happen to have any grey front speaker covers?

Maybe, it depends on what you mean: They fold in, and they are power mirrors. But they are not the JDM type that the folding is a power function also.

Yes I have some front grey speaker covers. Not real sure of the condition though.

Cool. How much would you want for the mirrors, related wiring, power mirror switch, and the grey speaker covers? How much would shipping be?
