I need some muffler advise please

Ive read about people using magnaflow and Apexi on the 3SFE but cant make up my mind. I don't want anything TOO rice, but just a deep, smooth, semi-loud tone. What's a good buy thats half way affordable? Also, should I keep the cat on aswell, I would think so.
