How to adjust idle speed on a '86 Camry?

I got the engine back together in this car and got it started this morning. It runs great except the idle speed is at 1400 rpm when warmed up. How do you adjust it? I thought is might be this white screw (circled):



but nothing happens when I turn it 3 turns all the way in. I already set the timing properly.

No, this screw is for a/c idle-up speed. The idle adjustment screw is under rubber plug on the throttle body.Note: do idle adjustment after the engine warms up, otherwise check the idle air bypass valve.

Doctor J has got it. It's to the right of your picture as we are looking at it. It's on the right of the throttle body as you are looking at it from the driver's side fender, in a vertical tube-like structure. There should be a rubber cap covering the screw. The screw is slotted. From memory, you turn the screw in to decrease the idle.
