If you don't drive regularly on the highway for a long range such as 100km or more every day then I don't see how you'd have a problem. The speedometer would read about 5mph faster than you're actually going and to compensate you would have to run at a slightly higher rpm but not so much higher than it would harm the engine or dramatically reduce MPG.
175mm width tires for deep snow is great for a lighter car such as our Camrys.
PS, they will fit if you have stock width wheels.
