questions about turbo's

I am just asking these questions to get a overall better understanding of stuff...
-would a turbo from a 83-86 turbo diesel camry work on a gas camry same year?
-how about a turbo from a 85-88 Toyota PUP 22RTEC
-or a 87-88 supra 7MGTE

any answers welcome

its not the turbo you have to worry about, its the exhaust manifold, probably have to make a custom one, unless the diesel one works, i dunno.

As Tommy states your concern is finding an exhaust manifold that fits. I doubt if a manifold from one model engine would fit another model engine. You can always make something to fit. Might pick up a general book on turbochargers, their installation and usage.
