different body types??

so im looking to buy new fender(s) for my 91 DX and everytime i look for a fender it say there are like a couple different types of body type or somethin.

im looking at one that says LH, and there is one that says DX.

can i have an LH on my DX? are there any differences?

edit: wait, does that mean (left hand) ? cause i see one that is RH ... i think that is what it is, but i want to make sure im righ tbefore i buy a totally different body piece than what i need.

le, dx are simply trim levels, left hand is left side and right hand is right side
