2nd Generation Car stalls in morning, wont restart

4cly 5spd 89 camry

Start the car up, starts just fine. drive almost exactly 2 miles each time and while moving, around 30-40mph, ill shift gears and the engine dies. first 2-3 times it did it, i was able to restart it without much issue. last 2 times it did it, it took me 15 minutes to get it started and running without stalling again. Car will crank just fine, power sounds good, sometimes it will start and sputter really bad and not get going. Once it does start, i have to basically keep it at 2500-3000 rpm or it will die again. Once i get it started and can drive around, it wont do it again the rest of the day.

Last night i replaced the ignition coil, but it did it again this morning, worse than it ever had before. Each day it seems to get progressively worse.

I think i have it narrowed down to the Idle air control valve, or possibly a stuck egr valve. Any insight to either of those?

after you get it started in the morning unplug the cold start injector and the vacuum line to the egr valve and plug it, then go to work

what are your symptoms? i did the work myself and bought parts from the junkyard, cost was about $50 and a few hours time for figuring shit out. Take it to a mechanic and youll have to had a "0" to that price.
