Is it the tank thats between the right hand light and the power steering fluid tank ?

Make sure it is the washer tank and not the coolant overflow tank. The overflow tank will have a hose running from the radiator cap area to the filler cap at the top tank. If you remove the cap, you should be able to smell if the fluid is coolant or washer fluid, or something else.
