Depends on whether its the top or bottom of the plug that is soaked. You probably just need a new valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals.

If the electrode of the spark plug is coked up, you have a much worse problem.

So your oil problem is on the electrode part of the spark plug and not the top part, right?

It can be a number of things. Burnt/broken pistons, bad piston rings, worn valve seals, blown head gasket...

It is easier to pinpoint to the particular problem if some additional symptoms are present such as: oil use rate per 1000 mi, noises, uneven power balance among the cylinders.
