Air bags? Wait, I don't recall Gen2's having airbags.

The es250 has an airbag. Maybe they were a rare option in some Camrys Just like antilock brakes. I've seen a couple gen2 V6 LE's with ABS so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to imagine a few Gen2 Camry's got an airbag too. Also, if you pull apart a gen 2 cluster with the tach you should find there is an airbag indicator.

At any rate if 94toyota_supra, had an airbag steering wheel he should actually be able to use just about any 92 to 96 toyota steering wheel w/airbag. Cost: depends on where you get it, could be anywhere from $25 to $250 (possibly more)

NEVER seen a gen2 with airbags, seriously doubt there was one. V6's LE's and All-trac's got ABS though. If it really is an airbag, good luck.....

A quick search turned up this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1991-...QQcmdZViewItem

But then again, someone else on ebay was advertising a clutch disc for a 1991 Camry turbo diesel. Was there such an animal? If so, I never heard it mentioned here.

If you think about it, there sure wouldn't be much market for a gen 2 air bag (if it even exists). Why would someone steal one? Any gen II with a deployed air bag wouldn't be worth fixing anyway. Doesn't take much to total a FWD car valued at $4k tops.

(more logic, Tommy).

Thats definatly a gen3 camry. Although there were a FEW gen3's that were actually sold in 91 as 91/92 models.

Camry turbo diesels were available in UK/AUS markets.
