87 Camry Spring Swap

My 87 wagon bottoms the front just running over a dime. I replaced the springs with struts a while back, but no help.
Any known swap from newer/older car / truck that would increase the spring rate by about 50%.
How about adjustable struts?

87 Camry Springs

No. I replaced the struts and springs about 3 mo apart.
What/where are they? Are they in the tower?
