First off, I'm definately NOT big into high-power audio, I just wanted a decent sounding low-power setup with a clean audio input for my Sirius receiver. Since I only listen to satellite radio, no FM or CD's, this setup works great for me. The amp came out of an old-school (but nice) Mopar/Clarion receiver. Because it was an older unit, the amp and pre-amp were nicely segregated on seperate circuit boards so it was easy to make this custom setup. There are 2 inputs, one is dedicated to the Sirius receiver, and by flipping the switch the 1/8" input jack is activated for use with an MP3 player or whatever. Works pretty well, and has very good sound quality considering I'm just running OEM speakers.
