probbly but if you look closely... where the MAF is... it goes small to big then big to small again... might just want to wait for it then u'd have something to measure

on the 3sfe it is a waste of money to do anything to the intake because it is already way too big, you may loose midrange if you make the pipes bigger, put a header on it and get at least an improvement

i have recenlty put a header in it, see my latest posts for the pics as for no improvement from CAI, that may be the case but since i have baught it already i'm going to try it out, and if it makes things worse its just as easy to take it off and use the stock box again, plus its for the look too, looks cooler than a boreing stock box.

Regards Marty

I have to admit, that's a nice-ass looking 3SFE engine bay. Canadian winters tend to dull everything, it's hard to get that gleam. Nice work.

Thanks for the comments tbay but to me its pretty dirty, would have cleaned it @ home but we have water restriction here in oz so will have to take it to a car wash to wash it but no time with work and uni. Though the paint is good for its age . cheers.

Well, don't feel too bad about the water restrictions. I live in the most water-rich nation on earth, and we still have rationing every summer now. Drought makes it hard to justify a car wash, especially when I know farmers who are on the verge of bankruptcy from the lack of rain.

Even so, very clean set-up. Your exhaust manifold heat shield almost blinded me! And I could swear I can almost read the warning labels on your rad fans...

hey atobe did you cut the hole bigger ( to put the pipe through - with the pod fliter at the end of it ) in the engine bay, or just bend the metal so the pipe fitted though, can i see some pics of how you did this please, or just how you got the pipe through, would help alot.

regards Marty.
