finally my front strut brace arrived from over seas, i installed it but i coudnt put both of the connecting nuts on ( it woudnt fit ) so i put one on and it fits fine, i am going to buy a thinner nut with the same thread size ( so i will had nuts on both sidez ) tomorrow. its stays still and does not move, wobble atm. so it should be fine to wait till tomorrow. Here some pics: (click on thumbnail for a bigger pic)
well thats how mine turen out, no other way to installed it, simply fixed with a thinner nut with same thread size, BTW do they make rear strut bars for the gen2 camrys ?
if you want a rear strut bar.. you'd have to lose your rear speakers and deck
The rear deck already acts like a rear strut bar... no need to add one.
I have the same front strut bar on my Camry and I had the same issue... I just cut a bit off the bar itself (to make more room for the nut) and it works fine that way. Of course, now the 3s-gte in the car gets in the way of the bar...
