Front and rear bumpers

I tired searching for this, but kept getting error pages. How do I remove the front and rear bumpers from a 90 2wd V6 Le sedan? The factory service manual doesn't help.

Also, do you need to remove the front bumper to take out the entire headlamp assy? My driver's side is busted and I gotta get a replacement in there as soon as i can.

For the rear it's also easier to remove the whole support. In the trunk, if you lift up the rear part of the carpet there are four plastic cap covers. Remove those and loosen the screws.
