Wheel vibration problem, what is it?

Well I just put a set of 205/50-16 on the car and now when I brake from 50-40 mph there is a vibration issue. I didn't notice it before when I had the stock 14" rims on. I think my rotors are warped and I just need to replaced them, along with a new set of pads. Which I plan to take care of this and I will see what happens. I was just wondering in the mean time if anyone had any input on the matter. I think the fact that I have more rim (not flexable) and less sidewall (flexable). That I'm noticing a problem that was always there, but is now more amplified by a more solid wheel.

Did one of your calipers ever seize, causing the rotor to heat-up? It happened to me on the highway, and the rotor was toast...

I also vote rotors, makes the most sense.
A little off-topic, but how about a pic or 2 of your car with the new 16's?

Fredk, the guy that put the tire on was me. And it is torqued to 78 ft/lbs. per the manual.

Homegrown, I will get a pic out there soon, just been busy.

TBayToyotaBoy, No the rotors don't show any sign of siezing.
