they did change the axles one of those years, probably around 5/88, but their cross combatible, not much difference.

if you have a sedan, and the rear end drags when theres stuff in there, your struts are just worn out. obviously its going to drop some with any car, but if its excessive, just replace the struts.

Rear struts in wagons are usually of a higher rate of tension as compared to their sedan counterparts.....the same goes for the front struts in a V6 model as compared to an I4

When you say replace the struts, you mean the coil springs and not the shock absorbers. Right?

the struts are the things that go in the middle of the spring. you dont have shock absorbers. you have coil springs and struts.

yeah i thought i might have to replace them but the front sits so hi and the rear drags ,so i was thinkn of using v6 front and droppn it and using wagon rears to hold it up a lil better .i have subs and tools in it all the time .

lol , i also put the rims off my imprezza on there cuz they had new tires quik note ...not a good idea they fit but by the time i made to work i smelt rubber they were rubbn on the strut, so i put 5/16 spacers in the rear with some really cool hub dubs ...i sure arent buying wheels for this thing

and the only dif on the axles is wether its jap or buit in the us , i found that out when i bought them today

Re sagging problem, the coils have worn a little, so what, stil probably no need to change those - How about a set of air shocks instead? Super easy to adjust ride height with those installed, just add more air

why would he spend thousands on an air suspension when a set of $200 springs would solve the problem?
