Charcoal canister connections

Im working a 1989 Camry 3sfe, has some Idle issues and Im working my through it. I did a hand over hand vacume line check, and found there is a vacume hose with hardline attached to the bottom charcoal canister, the other end is not attached and I cannot find all three connections to the canister on any print. I verified the line from canister to bvsp, and the second to the fuel tank, but the third(bottom connection) I cannot find. Maybe it is not connected? I need a camry ninja to help............

This end the vent and goes to the suspension cross member. This vent is used as a safety devise in case the purging system fails.On older cars such as my 79 Supra it used to open up into the fender well.
