2nd Generation 91 Camry Blower Motor smells like it's burning

The Fan goes through all the speeds but doesnt seem like its going as fast as they should be. There is a burning smell and the ground wire is getting red hot. It has not blown any fuses. Also Im not sure exactly how the motor comes out. Could it be something jammed in there or just a bad ground? Or something different?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Jonathan

Alright I took it apart and there was a few acorns in there. But the motor and wires are still getting red hot.

Bearings are probably out in the motor. I got one at Autozone for $60.

I went and got one at Autozone and the plastic impeller will not come off the factory one. It looks like its melted on. There are no clips or nuts holding it on. Any ideas?

I bought it at Autozone and called them back for help. WORTHLESS!! So I called pepboys and they said they could press it off. I got there and again WORTHLESS!! So I went home and said to myself "Im gonna try to loosen it and worse case scenario Ill have to go to Work (I work at a Toyota Dealer selling) and buy a new one". Well I held onto the fan and smacked the shaft with a hammer and ended up getting it off after a little work.

So back together and crossing my fingers that the problem is gone.

I had a similar problem. I solved mine by prying it up a bit with a flat head screwdriver, and then utilizing a step-daughter to yank on the fan while I held the motor.
