Front turn signals don't work...help!

Hey all. My 91 failed inspection for a few reasons, all of which were fixed besides the left turn signal. So I changed the bulb today (major PITA) and now neither of the front ones work. Both bulbs are getting power becuase when I turn the headlights on they both light up. Any suggestions on where to start looking? I was thinking of replacing the flasher relay but if that were bad I would thing that the rear ones wouldn't work either. Maybe the switch? Would it be okay to spray some electronics cleaner inside there? Where exaclty on the colum is the switch located?

I should have tried the emergency lights but I forgot...the car is sitting at the dealer where I work. Thanks all!

EDIT: It's a 4 cylinder auto. The rear turn signals work fine.

Check the bulb type you used. The '91 Camry uses a dual filament bulb (1157, I believe) that most gen2 Camrys don't use.
