i have on question... does a 91 lexus es 250 ignition fit in a 91 toyota camry dx ??

Can you clarify?

If your DX has the 2VZFE V6 then yes the ignition components will swap right over.

Or are you trying to use the ignition switch from an ES250 in your Camry?

How is having a Lexus key going to change anything? If someone breaks into your car, the next step is usually busting out the lock anyway.
