Australia Camry 1990 SE leaks the coolant or water...

I need to know is it that hole is the overfloer or need to be shut ?

Could what you are describing be the hose that drains condensation out of the car when the A/C is on? If so, this is normal. I have seen people who are not that knowledgable about their cars mistake this for a water leak.

There is usually a weep hole in the bottom of the waterpump area. It allows coolant to escape when the internal seal inside the waterpump goes. If that's what is leaking, the waterpump needs to be replaced.

Thank you Mike for the reply. I'm going to change the waterpumb, seal and time chain too.

Thanks again.
