Whenever I take my foot off the pedal fully then press it while driving it feels like the car lurtches forwards, and when I take my foot of the pedal it seems to learch back.
My first thought was the engine mounts, now I've replaced the front one with a new mount, and the rear engine mount I got some window weld and filled it up to make it a little stiffer and still no difference.
These are the only two mounts I can find, apart from the mounts on the left and right of the engine, but I dont think these would have much to do with my problem.
I've also noticed lately whenever I go over a bump the drivers side (right side) wheel makes a terrible sound, I've had a look at the struts but I cant see anything bad? Anything in particular I should be looking at? I believe my struts are serviceable as well. I've also had my front sway bar bushings replaced about 8 months ago.

The noise from the front wheel may be a strut mount failing. Inside the engine compartment are the tops of the two strut towers with 3 bolts. In the middle of the 3 bolts is a plastic cap. Pry the cap off and inspect the rubber (the part of the strut mount that fails) around the big nut. If it is all broken up that is likely your noise. That would also contribute to a lurching feeling. I figured mine out when I jacked up that side to rotate tires and the tire (and strut and steering knuckle, etc...) came down a lot more than it should have.
I pulled off the little cap in the middle of the 3 bolts, and its a metal tube with the bolt in it sorrounded by grease.
From the top I cant see any thing that looks bad.
However looking at up through the wheel arch at the strut, at the top where the mount would be there is an orange rubber part which looks pretty degraded.
It also seems to be worse when I'm braking and I go over a bump..
Its also now making a creaking sound when I just brake, its the same sound as you get if you were crunching a can of cola in a box.. its that sorta sound but muffled.
Ok, I've taken off the tire and had a closer look and still cant see anything wrong.
Its starting to get really annoying now, sounds like the car is going to fall apart haha.
Done a bit of Googling, and found that it could be the ball joint?
For the noise, that is one possible one.
Is the CV boots in good shape? If it is torn and left open, it will be damaged and require replacement.
You can tell if you got a bad CV joint is if there's any 'clicking' or 'knock(ing)' sound when making turns or when turning the steering wheel. My Camry needs both sides replace as they are both making noises for turning and sometimes going over bumps.
Where abouts are the lower control arms?
I doubt it could be them however because its winter and its been raining heaps.
I took off the wheel a few minutes ago, and looked at the boots, but they appear to be fine.
When I turn corners going up a hill at the same time I get a sound like a metal fan hitting metal? If that makes sense. Its been doing this for a while, however keeping in a lower gear seems to stop it.
nuron, if possible could you take a picture of the control arms?
I actually think it may be them now, there's a thing around the area where the sound is coming from that has poor looking bushings, I was going to replace them but I didn't actually know what it was, but I believe it may be the control arm.

If what you are descrbing is a clicking noise when turning, then that could be a bad CV joint. Check the joint on the opposite side you are turning towards, as the weight is shifted to that opposite side when turning.
Rereading your original post where you said the car is lurching when you take your foot off the gas, makes me think it could also be the transmission mount. Might want to give that a look.
