1 year anniversary

It was 1 year ago today that I picked up my Camry.
Just took it in yesterday for the 65k oil change, it had 42k when I got it.

In the 23,000 miles I've driven it, it's 50% paid for itself with gas savings compared to my Ram pickup (which I no longer have).

Paid $4000 for the Camry, which gets exactly twice the mpg I was getting with my Ram. I've spent about $2200 in gas, which means I've also saved $2200 compared to my truck.

I also no longer have the power, comfort, size, and utility of the Ram either.

Guess I'd rather have the $2200 though.

Wow, time sure does fly...I can't believe it's been a year since the basketweave search! Congrats! I just passed my Camry's five-year anniversary, and it's saved me roughly $15,000 since I bought it. Good gas mileage, and reliability like nothing else--even Honda.

$15k saved?
Sweet!

If I can find a matching tire to the others, I may put them back on the wagon.

Thanks CamryFan! The wheels are 16" X 7", and the suspension is totally stock.

Here's another thread that shows more pics of the wheels.

Probably because of the oversize tires.
