electrical problems.

Since I've gotten my 87 camry the door locks on the driver side, power mirror, and none of the windows will roll down. Also the seatbelt is stuck forward and won't come back when the door is shut. The elect door locks on the other doors work just not the switch on the drivers side. I'm thinking the windows are probably stuck on lock somehow and that's why none of the windows work. My question being is there a fuse that runs all of these things? I've looked at all the fuses I could find, but thought maybe theres something I'm overlooking.

Based on your description, I would suggest to check the ground wire in the driver's door becacuse it affects the operation of the seat belt (the switch is in the door latch), and the master window switch.
For a quick check:
Pull the master switch out, leave the wires connected
Obtain 12v test light and jumper wire with alligator clips on both ends.
Clip the test light to the good ground
Turn ignition ON, do not start the engine
Now probe the BLUE wire (thick one) on the master switch connector
If the light is on, the power is supplied to the switch (the fuse is ok)
Next attach one end of jumper to the white wire with black strip (located next to the blue wire) and other end to the good ground. Try the windows --if they are working, repair the ground (white /blk wire)or connector.
You may also read my thread "The stuff goes right", posted around Jan1, 2007, where I described the seat belt circuit troubleshooting.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to go get a test light after work.
