oil dipstick

I just got a used 91 Camry SE the engine 3SFE with 206,000 miles on it and i'm missing a oil dipstick.

Where can i get an oil dipstick for my camry?

That's a scary item to be missing. How did the previous owner check the oil? I hope you got a REALLY good deal on that car.

Now I'd hate to see what mess it made with it being missing. Actually, I'm more curious why it was missing to begin with.

Junk yard should be the first place to check. Gen2's are not hard to find and they shouldn't charge more then $10 for that dipstick if it is a pick and pull.
