strange 3rd gear problem

hi all,
went drivin in tha camry 2day and wen i shifted into 3rd from second, the rpm stuck on 2000. i put my foot to the floor and still nothing, took my foot off and it came down slowly to about 1500. shifted into 4th and it was workin fine, so then downshifted again and still stuck on 2000, no matter how much i floored it

wat the hell could it be?????

im bloody confused

any help wud be great, need it workin by 2morro

hi all,

it seemed to have fixed itself as now it worx fine if not better than ever, could it have been a blockage and cleared itself??

this is also a BUMP as i also wish to know wat the original problem was
