Wind noise from where???

I have this wind noise in my 1988 LE w/82,000 miles that picks up around 45-50MPH and anytime that i'm on the freeway. It sounds like a whistling from the top of the car. I looked in previous threads I'm wondering if anybody has fixed this (common problem??) and how to do it.

Also, I have the moonroof and it looks to be sealed shut (doesn't leak water at all). All the door gaskets are in place and not torn or damaged. It's kind of irritating, but after a while I can ignore it...or just turn up the radio.

Any help is appreciated.

+1 on the windshield. I am on my third windshield due to rock damage on my 45+ mile (one way) commute and the whistling has gotten worse each time. I have used different companies to do the work and it seems our gen2 is a slight challenge with its mounting system. Also look at replacing your door weatherseals. I just did my front doors and it really helped seal the door against the body and cut down any air leakage in that area.

Yup. Google for OEM Toyota parts and get it off the www from a discount parts dealer. I went with Mossy Toyota. They aren't too bad on price and super easy to pop in. They make your door really seal nice again, just like it was freshly built.
