So....my ES 250 blew a headgasket....so getting the heads checked out for warpage and valve grind done....what opinions do you all have on replacing the headbolts due to stretching or using the old ones?? Also, anyone know a good place to get the valve clearance disks. Thanks in advance!

Not worth the risk of blowing another headgasket, in my opinion. Are you talking shims for the valves? The dealer is a good place to start. The 2vz uses the same shims as the 3s-fe and 5s-fe, if I remember right.
