2nd Generation kloppity-klopp sound

While going over small bumps my '90 Camry with 200K miles makes this 'kloppity-klopp' sound from the rear suspension. Once in a while, if I hit a large bump just the right way, it squeeks like I just stepped on a small animal. Before I tear into it, what's the most likely cause...struts, bushings...what? I'm not familiar with the rear suspension on these cars.

mine has the same noise, my local mech told me it was most likely the shocks being shot.
